1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ChapterOS ("the Service"), operated by KraftPixel Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ChapterOS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for BNI chapters to manage weekly "Star Team of the Month" gamification systems. The Service includes team management, submission tracking, automated scoring, and leaderboard features.
3. User Accounts
- You must sign in using Google OAuth to access the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- Accounts are assigned roles (Captain, Chapter Admin, Super Admin) which determine access levels within the platform.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading data
- Attempt to access data from other chapters
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you submit to ChapterOS. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
